Decrease change in your internal processes leads to less time and money spent on rework and waste. Both are straightaway yield greater profitability and security for your business. SPC is one of the vital tools necessary to maintain an advantage in today’s competitive marketplace.

SPC is the step child of a well controlled process. Use it only when better control tools are not working.
