What is it more recommended for SPC study if the product has about 300 holes to be measured?

Ken FeldmanParticipant@DarthInclude @Darth in your post and this person will
be notified via email.I recommend that you immediately fill 250 of them to make it easier to measure and use SPC on the remaining. I suggest that you use Silly Putty for the fill since that would be consistent with the nature of this question.

0May 26, 2005 at 11:43 pm #120297Sorry, my question is : Can I measure only one hole if these have the same specification or they need to be measured separately in a SPC chart?
Thanks0May 26, 2005 at 11:59 pm #120298One way of doing it would be to take samples of the products at given time intervals and tests them, and plot the results on a control chart. Since in the case of your product, the number of defects follows a Poisson distribution, it would be better to use a C-chart. If there is a way to test all the wholes at the same time using a single tool, that would be better, if not, I would suggest that you sample a number of holes on every part (not the same holes every time) and test them.
