    How can I use SPC when I have a single customer that has multiple service levels that constantly change?  eg.  Response times to satisfy requests for quotations differ constantly – no set pattern.  How do I set up control charts to measure this ie my ability to respond in the required time (what ever that may be)?

    what are you measuring? Response time to request or
    yield (on time responses) other?
