Neil is an excellent writer on SS topics however much of the SS meat came from Craig.

Bobby,Given your contribution on here, I am surprised you are not one of the
authors. The technical knowledge of the authors is suspect. I don’t think
    anyone uses the book

“Stan”, if I wanted to take the time I’m certain I could find a previous post concerning this book where you agreed Craig was the mind behind the book (such as it is) and you gave him strong credit. Don’t be back-pedalling now.
PS: I have never held myself out to be a technical expert in LSS so don’t try to insult me there.

You are correct, I think Craig is a good guy. He thinks you are a jerk.I can’t insult you as a technical expert, your answers take care of that.

Let Craig tell me what he thinks of me. You post way too much garbage in the name of other people.
PS: To anybody who bothers to read this trash “Stan” and I have NEVER worked together in any form or fashion so I have no idea why he feels the need to degrade me as he has….unless he’s fronting for someone else who hasn’t the courage to step up themselves.

Bobby, This is simple. You come on here pretending to be an expert to sell
the wares of OSSS. You have made claims at various times to have
no affiliation (not true), to not make money from them (not true),
and to have been a former executive at SSQI (partially true – you
were the book keeper, nothing to do with knowledge of product). You are selling cheap something that you took from others. I’ll be
happy when you are completely honest about your background,
current source of income, and your real knowledge when you post
on here.Until then, I will continue to show all the respect I have up until
    now.

Having been through this “Stan”experience I know a bit of what it must be like to be a politician. Some will pursue your defamation with falsehood after falsehood and the more you try to use use logic and truth to defend yourself the more they ignore reason and continue to hurl more lies.
Stan and I have never worked together and if he is who I think he is we met once in the early eighties in a social setting. Anything he says about me HAS to be hearsay from another source.
To BORED – OK, even I agree. This is my last response to “Stan”.

Forget about the silly remarks from Stan.

It appears your question is posed to me, Trainer.
I have scanned the book yet have not studied it. My guess is it would be a good basic text for the DMAIC process. However, learning SS requires mentoring and application in addition to study of the subject matter. So, it should serve as a good introduction to the topic yet one wanting to gain the skills to apply SS must coordinate it with the other elements.
