I need your guidance, i am working in a Policies and Procedures department with a Bank. Everytime we receive a request to document a procedure or send an announcement related to a promotion to all staff currently we use to get an email from business owner / SME (Subject matter expert). And most of the time the information is incomplete and i need to do so much investigation again which delays the process alot.
I would like to know if anyone have a template which business owners will complete it and send to policies & procedures department in order to reduce the number of queries which i need to ask.0
