Hello,
I am from India (New Delhi). I have been working in call centers as a customer care executive for more than 5 years. I am interesting in getting six sigma certified. I would like to know how and where to start with.
I would like to get some guidance about how to get started for becoming six sigma certified.
Thank you
Shilpee

I would start by reading some of it (the articles by a guy named Carnell are very good) and getting an idea of what you are asking about.
Just my opinion.

For applying ASQ certification, you need minimum valid project completion guidelines (in case of CSSBB).
Of course, ASQ is most recognized certification in six sigma.
