Our stated goal in our training is to NOT to train people to be statisticians in the Six Sigma courses. We want to train them to be problem solvers. Statistics is a tool that problem solvers can use. Stats makes them more effective and successful.
We feel they need to understand some basics, but not anything close to a four year degree.
I am not a statistician either.

be notified via email.Not me…….we have several in our company that are SS coaches. I know stat tools I need to use to drive a succesful result…but the theory stuff…generally I don’t have need to be succesful…so I’m not going there.
