Stevos question of the day.
I was do some research for my current job (reading Dilbert) and Scott Adams has a theory that 80% of errors are self induced.
My question: Can my improvement plan just include slaying the masochist that is causing the errors and call it good (Miller time)?
I think it might be Carl.
