Stevo’s thought of the day –
 
Good cop – bad cop.
 
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.  This site is not newbie friendly.  It demands a certain thickness of the skin.  That being said; I believe we have over played the “bad cop” and need to increase the “good cop” a little.
 
I’m not implying we give posters that have a history of “stupid” posts a hall pass, but hammering newbies (while fun) may have a negative effect on our profession.
