Myself and four of my cloesest buddies are getting ready to take the ASQ exam on March 1st. We have put a study group together and are using the ASQ BOK as the plan and will be using the referance material listed by ASQ as well as the CSSBB Primer from the Quality Concil of Indiana..
Any other thoughts or advice on what else we should use or study
    TIA, Coffee

Focus more on the CSSBB primer from QCI because
    a) this is a great reference material and
    b) there won’t be too much time digging through other reference materials during the open book exam.
    c) get very familiar with the location of different formulae etc. in the primer so that you do not spend a lot of time searching during the exam.
    ps.ย ย Get a hold of QCI’s CD with 600 questions.ย

Hi ,- QCI’s SS Primer is an excellent and “flexible” reference. QCI’s Q&A CD is a must have. – Breyfogle’s book ” Implementing Six Sigma ” goes much deeper but covers much more than the ASQ SS BOK. It has a lot of exciting and challenging exercises at the end of each chapter. – Rath & Strong’s Six Sigma Pocket Guide is a very practical and “handy” guide. All are very useful before the exam as well as during the management of your future projects as strong six sigma references. I used them to prepare for the ASQ CSSBB Exam ( October 2002 ) – I passed.Good luck in your endeavours.A.B
