    I am looking for PM software to use for all projects within our company.  Just starting Six Sigma program and also want to provide executive dashboard for all projects regardless of project type/initiative.  I have looked at Instantis’ Enterprise Track and Solution Q’s Eclipse.  Enterprise Track appears to be more robust, configurable and has canned SS templates.  Solution Q is not as robust and therefore seems more user-friendly; however, it is as tailored for SS out of the box.  Any experience/feedback with these products?  Thanks!

    You might want to check out the Nov/Dec 06 issue of iSixSigma magazine [http://www.isixsigma-magazine.com]. A Master Black Belt did a “Test Lab” of four project tracking solutions, including PowerSteering, EnterpriseTrak, i-Nexus and SixNet. There is a six-page article that describes the pluses and minuses of each.
