    Hi
I am developing a performance matrix for the hiring agencies for a leading BPO firm . Now after developing the matrix and ranking the hiring agencies based on certain critical paramerters i want to know how can i forge a long term alliance with them so that they can work in collaboration . What are the incentives i can offer to them so that they become our sole supplier . Also what are the other options available to look to reduce our overdependence on these hiring frims . they contribute about 75% of new recruits and direct in house recruitement is dismal 10%
    Suggest some ways floks!!

    Alok,
You are asking too many questions, which are solution oriented.
If we offer you solution for your queries, then waht is your job!

    Hi i knowu ,
Thanks for Your response mate! I am not asking for solutions rather as the subject line reads i am seeking suggestions and thats what this forum is meant for . If you are not in a position to recommend please don’t respond . Its not obligatory rather participatory !
    Thanks

“Suggestions Requested” sounds better than “Suggestions Required”.  Probably due to English not being your first language.

    Darth,
This has got nothing to do with the ‘1st’ laungage or ‘2nd’ language..Its about the attitude, that sucks.
Look at yourself, your comment seems to be racist.

    Alok,
How do u know that the same solution will work effectively at your place. There might totally different causes that you may encounter in your project, for which you have to find the solution with your team and not at this forum.
You are welcome to ask questions, wherein you need help to know how to apply a particular tool in your project or which can be the best tool to use, given the analysis to be done. This is for your benefit as you will get confidence.
So don’t use shortcuts to get to the solutions.
