    Typically what information goes into a supplier scorecard? Any good measures that you can share with me? How do you measure an escape from a supplier and escape from internal manufacturing system? If you have an example of supplier scorecard that you can send me that would be great.     The supplier score card can be designed to provide visual means to display monthly performance against the targets and metrics may be on
    1. Financial perspective- Are we meeting the expectations
    2. Customer Perspective-Are we delighting our customers
    3. Internal Process perspective-Are we doing the right things & doing things right
    4. Learning & growth perpective- Are we prepared for the future

    The supplier score card may essentially contain the following
    1. Product design charecteristics like service or product innovation to suit our requirements. Pre offer enquiries and coordination while design stage  are indicators
    2. Product realization aspects like
    a) transperacy in information
    b) capability to produce according to requirement
    c) capacity to accomodate and adopt changes
    d) ability to partner in making the processes lean and agile
    e) Certified Management Systems
    f) competency of persons involved
    e) commitment to customer satisfaction ( attendance in meetings, quickness in resposes etc)
    f) responses to Non Conformances
    3) Delivery mode
    4) Adherence to agreed programme and plans
    5) Actions showing as a responsible partner
    6) Post delivery services

    Hi,
    If you could integrate your SIPOC chart with the Process flow chart…any such slips could be detected.
    Please do look up a SIPOC on the web and tweek it to suit your requirments.
