Is it OK to use t test when comparing normal vs tumor tissue from the same individual?
Does anyone have any references on this subject?

Hi ,
You are trying to compare a tumour cell with a normal cell , in that case its a One -to – Standard value comparision i.e single sample comparision , hence U need to use a t-test
