    What is a Tollgate in Greenbelt Projects? Is it must to use them ?

    Either u r doing the green belt project or black belt project u should proceed to another stage only when  check the authencity of ur project at each stage of DMAIC.At the end of stage ,toll gates are designed e.g. at the end of proposal stage, Buisness gate,means u should check that ur project should fullfill ur buisness requirment,according to buisness stratergy.
    It is mandatory to use tollgates at the end of each stage.
