Niku 6 (http://www.niku.com) has packaged Six Sigma templates as well as some very elaborate Six Sigma reporting. However, it’s a pretty industrial-strength package, and not the sort of thing a single Black Belt would likely use to manage a single project.

I went to one of their presentations about a year ago, but thought that they killed the line of their product supporting six sigma since then. Are you using it John? Are they actively supporting and developing it? Do they have anyone who actually knows six sigma working on it within their organization?

I came across a co called i-solutions at a recent conference – they know Six Sigma (even ran a workshop) and have a tool for tracking SS projects. (http://www.i-solutionsglobal.com).

I have evaluated several products using a DFSS project and BMG’s ProjX http://www.bmgi.com came at the top with the best features and price performance to meet our expectations and growth plans. Also, BMG as a Six Sigma Consulting firm, has the right domain expertise to support the software deployment which was a must for me.
