RegressionParticipant@RegressionInclude @Regression in your post and this person will
be notified via email.New MBB, if you are looking for a general training facilitation training, the ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) offers a trainer and organizational developer certification program. It is typically offered by a local chapter in conjunction with a local University. You may want to get in contact with the ASTD for more information. The program covers the equivalent of the DMAIC cycle for human performance interventions and training: ADDIE = Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate. Both DMAIC and ADDIE originate in the PDCA cycle.
