I am teaching LSS BB and need some class exercises for the BOK topics of Enterprise-Wide Deployment and Process Management. Anyone have some ideas? Thanks

I have a few ideas.My idea is that people teaching should be knowledgeable and
qualified.I have another idea that some topics are informational and don’t need
exercises.

Will you be teaching people from the same industry or a varied group? If from the same industry, I’d suggest selecting something that would be meaningful to your students’ line of work. If it’s a varied crowd, pick something everyone has in common. The BB course I took used examples from running a takeout restaurant and examined processes for ordering, delivering, packaging, etc.

What materials are you using Jim? Do they not have exercises included? Have you created your own program & material?
