Does anyone know of a university that offers a Masters degree (MBA) with an emphasis on six sigma performance and quality improvement?

    Celtickeith,
You may also want to looks at various industrial engineering degree programs (both bachelor- and master-level programs).
Even before Six Sigma was formalized, many  industrial engineering programs emphasized the use of data, good application of statistics, and systematic problem-solving using the PDCA cycle.  Since the advent of Six Sigma, many of these programs have been beefed up to include the Six Sigma DMAIC and DFSS methodologies.
    Here are some:
University at Buffalo (SUNY at Buffalo): http://www.ie.buffalo.edu/sixsigma.shtml
    Arizona State: http://www.public.asu.edu/~jrosales/Site2/Pages/Program.html
    Mississippi State: http://www.msstate.edu/dept/grad/html/05_06_IndustrialEngineering.htm
    RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology)

    Tennessee Tech: http://www.ise.tntech.edu/OutcomesAndAssessment.htm

… there are also others, but this is a start …
… hope this is helpful to you …

    Celtickeith,
Here is another industrial engineering degree program that has an emphasis on Six Sigma:
    http://www.mie.engineering.uiowa.edu/
For a slightly different twist, you may want to look into some Statistics degree programs which have a Six Sigma emphasis, such as:
    http://www.asu.edu/graduate/statistics/IndustrialStatConc.html
    http://www.kennesaw.edu/msas/curriculum.shtml
    http://www.rit.edu/~636www/academics/sixsigma.htm
… hope this is helpful …
