I’m working on project to implement a new payroll solution.
I’m looking for tools to help me to assess the redainess of system and user to go live with the new software. I have somme ideas but I don’t know really how can I measure the level of readiness.
i.e.: I would like to measure the project management, the interfaces prep.,..and so on.
Someone can help me on this
thank you very much0February 28, 2002 at 8:20 pm #72648Bernard,
My recommendation would be to conduct a pilot study of the new system. You should take a random slice of people to test the system. This way, both systems can be operating in parallel and will allow you to compare and contrast performance metrics of interest. Additionally, this would provide a time for teething problems, up and above what the process FMEA has identified, to manifest themselves.

What is it you want to measure? Tool knowledge, change capability, etc. I really don’t understand your question.0 -
