    Hence:
    Designed Capacity 9
    Effective Capacity 8

    Actual Office Hours 13
    Actual Break Time 1
    Actual Working Hrs 12

    Actual Workload Managed (e.g. 6 Tran * 2 hrs) 14

    Thus:-
    Utilization = Actual Output / Design Capacity = 156% (i.e. 14/9*100)
    Efficiency = Actual output / Effective capacity = 175% (i.e. 14/8*100)
    Productivity = Actual Output/ Actual Input = 117% (i.e. 14/12*100)
