My computer is detecting the virus Bloodhound.Exploit.196 at one spot on the weekly newsletter (Recent Quality Discussions, in the link for Reducing Error Rates), and at one spot on the web site (at managing the subscription).Β  Anyone else detecting that too?

    Thanks for your post.
We have been experiencing technical problems off and on. A final, complete fix is expected shortly.
    Thank you for your patience!

Katie, for many people’s sake I hope you are correct. Because right now, you are on the verge of going out of business.

    Robert,

Gary, you always miss the logic of my posts in your constant effort to be “holier than thou”.
I said to Katie – I hope for a lot of people’s sake they are able to fix it. If not iSS will..
I stand by it – if they don’t get it fixed it’s over. They have no traffic now – therefore it must get fixed for iSS to continue to be a success. Pretty simple concept – read it a couple of times and you’ll get it.

Robert S – it’s easy to miss the logic in your posts when you are so obtuse and tactless.

So I need to keep things very simple for you as well, Cpk?

I am not sure how you can go from “infected with a virus” to “being out of business”. The virus is easily defeated by current antivirus packages given that it propogates as JavaScript files. I am still able to browse their site and use its functionality. My Trend Micro software keeps the pesky virus at bay.

Everything appears to be functioning properly now. That’s terrific.

Please do not encourage this person. His arrogance will not allow him to comprehend your sarcasm.

Β How so?Β  I’m still getting almost an endless stream of Norton notices of blocked attempts.

You’re correct Clb; wishful thinking on my part apparently.

    Stevo,
The “virus” has been around for at least eight years. I am also hoping it gets fixed.
I think the “rapture” will occur first.
