    Daisy, I would try to use some sort of rating scale, as opposed to “are we effecient?”. Ask “how effecient are we?” with a scale from 1-5; 1-7; or 1-10 (however you can define). You still might get some softening of the blow. I’m sure there are others, more well versed in VOC, that can provide more guidance.
