Johnson, that’s an extremely broad question to which I can give only a very simple answer. If properly deployed the risks are low and the benefits are high.
Beyond that you need to do some reading and come back with more specific questions.
I mean, come on, entire books have been written on that subject.

Thanks Brandon. It’s really an exceedingly broad question. However, sometimes I was asked by a layperson or a top manager, who wanted to know the sketch of lean and six sigma, that made me feel a little bit vague, although I had experienced lean and six sigma for a while. So how can we answeer this question more simply and clearly? espcially explain to a top manager.

Your reply implied risks. Risk is a prerequisite of a benefit, isn’t it? ^-^ Why not put the table on the forum. Community members might thank you as I do.

Johnson, there is a new course offered in eBooks on this site called LSS Executvie Introduction. You may want to get that and likely will find most your initial questions answered. It’s only $50 or so.

That’s only US$39.95. Are you sure you don’t work for these guys, and if not, would you like
to work for me for free too?

BIAOSP – was my response pertinent & benficial to the guy’s question? Isn’t that what we’re here for?
Tell me what you sell and if it’s good and if a referral to you is appropriate I’ll do it.
