How do we know what that “right thing” is that you’ve mentioned? Satisfying customers is the ultimate goal of any organization, and that is the right thing. If we fail to satisfy our customers then we will not have a business. To satisfy them we must know what they are satisfied with; the things that customers are satisfied with are called Needs and Requirements. And Quality is meeting those Needs and Requirements. If we have met those Needs and Requirements we have a Quality product/service and if we fail to meet those Needs and Requirement we must align our business practices else we will close our doors.
