OliveiraParticipant@OliveiraInclude @Oliveira in your post and this person will
be notified via email.I have data about a glass container process and I want to do a capability analysis by using the total defective rate. The data is sampled every 1h where is taken the number of rejected containers, as well as the number of inspected containers. However, as I have lots of inspected containers per hour (>5000) I was wondering if I could not do the capability analysis by considering the defective rate variable data.
Thanks in advance0February 23, 2022 at 12:01 pm #256333
Robert ButlerParticipant@rbutlerInclude @rbutler in your post and this person will
be notified via email. You can do a capability analysis on attribute data. Check Chapter 9 – Measuring Capability with Attribute Data in the book Measuring Process Capability by Bothe – you can probably get the book through inter-library loan.
