Hello people, I am having a lot of problems solving my homework for statistic quality control and was wandering if someone you there could help. the question is as follows:

A control chart is to be established on a process producing flat panel TVs. As preliminary data, 12 nonconformities (i.e., defects) were counted in inspecting 60 TVs.
    (a) (2/13) What are the two-sigma control limits?
    (b) (5/13) What is the alpha-risk for this control chart?
    (c) (6/13) What is the the average run length if the expected number of nonconformities is actually .5?

@SQCNoob The more details you provide, the more likely you are to get a response. What do YOU think you should do? Why or why not?Β The iSixSigma audience is helpful, but they like to see that someone is putting forth a good-faith effort; they are not here to do your work for you.
