How do I place my order?

  1. Visit the web page of the product(s) you desire to purcahse
  2. Click the “Add to cart” blue button
  3. Click the “View cart” button or click https://www.isixsigma.com/cart/
  4. If the cart looks proper, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button or click https://www.isixsigma.com/checkout/
  5. Enter your billing information and click the “Place Order” button

You will then receive an email receipt for your order which will include a download link for the product(s) you purchased.

Where can I find an invoice for my purchased products?

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Under the “Recent Orders” section, press the “View” button associated with the order of interest

  3. Print the page for your records

Where can I download my purchased products?

  1. The email confirmation you receive will have links to download the products directly under the product names. (Make sure you’re signed into your account for those links to work.)
  2. Or, sign into your account and on your My Account page you will find a list of products purchased along with download links.
