We are avoiding overpaying tax so it should be soft savings. Anyhow, could the reduction of tax to be paid accredited as 6-Sigma benefit no matter what it’s hard or soft?
If the reduction of tax to be paid can be accreditted as project benefit, the amount would be high.

Can you give a reason of why you think so?
Our FA think differently concerning of Profit Before Tax in the Balance Sheet because the revenue is decreased so she doesn’t consider it as “hard” savings. Only benefit is interest savings from reduction of tax paid which classed as “soft savings”.

But our FA concerns the Profit Before Tax (PBT) so our revenue figure is actually, decreased by incremental of expense (from taxable loss). Hence, the FA does not consider it as “hard” saving. Only project benefit is soft savings from interest savings from reduction of tax.
