MAP started the topic Green Belts Don’t Have Enough Time for Their Projects in the forum Europe 17 years, 3 months ago

Almost of the GB that works in my company say me they don’t have enough time to spend in Six Sigma projects, because they have many tasks to do. This is a big problem! (I think). All the GBs projects are out of the time.
What do you do about this in your company?
PS.: For BBs we don’t have this problem, because they work full time in Six Sigma projects.
