In my previous mail I spoke about “cultural problem” concerning the poor Six Sigma deployment in the italian Companies (this was not my conclusion, but a conclusion coming from some CEO’s).
My personal opinion is the following: it is just a problem Senior Managers commitment, nothing else!
I’m from Italy and in my Country Six sigma doesn’t have a large application. There are many multi-national Companies (mainly from US) that having the main Corporation a Six Sigma initiative in progress, they like to have the same also in the italian subsidiaries.
