Thnx folks for sparing your valuable time  BUT the confusion I have is we call six sigma as 3.4 DPMO.  Also, another term we use as sigma which is equivalent to square root of variance?  Confusion I have is what is the difference in two of them?  Can you explain with an example….Can anyone clarify this doubt of mine????

my understanding of the difference between a GB and a BB project is
1. a BB project may not necessarily be a project in his functional area and be a cross functional one, a GB project would typically be a project in his own function/ area of expertise.
