You may wish to do a search on “CityStat” – a statistical based program installed in Baltimore (modeled after a New York program) that uses some Six Sigma principals.

What about Villanova’s Certification Process? The concensus seems to be that their on-line program is very solid in the fundamentals. Now that they are also starting to certify Green/Black Belts, will their certification process become widely accepted?
