I am working in a BPO as Quality Specialst,have got trainng of GB tools. But not able to decide the project as don’t have so much powers due to designaton and already GB has been implemented in Company. To get certified which roject should  choose?

U cant get any ready made material for that ,,,,only thing u have to search the material and get customize as we have done , its took almost 2.5 month and 3 man power.

ask AN , why he want to use TRIZ only, is it the need of project or the individual need.
IF it is the need of project then..Where is the contradiction,

Say u have process which may / may not cater the need of ITIL, u can do the gap analysis, n take SS project to fill the gap beside that u can optimize the process with SS.
