There is no eligibility for six sigma course..its all depended on the institutes that are offering them…only criteriea is to pay their fees :-)

Stan thanks for the reply.
I went thru the minitab help function. It describes Cp and Pp as based on Standard deviation Total (between plus within) and Standard deviation Overall. However i found no reference of how these two standard deviations (Toatal and Overall) are calculated.
Did i search in the wrong place?

The help required is –
A traditional MSA requires checking of say, 10 work pieces by Three different operators and then Reploicated. The problem here is, I cant remove the flow meter from process equipment to do the measurement trials. Also i cant alter flows when the process is running on one particular setting
