Santa Clara, California (April 11, 2008) – Instantis, a leading provider of project portfolio management software used by business process and IT leaders to improve strategy execution and financial performance, announced today record first quarter sales including historically high watermarks in both software license sales and professional services. Total sales in its fiscal first quarter 2008 surged 75% sequentially versus Q4 2007.

New and existing customers contributing significantly to the record sales results included AOC Corporation, Baxter Healthcare, Billings Clinic, Cardinal Health, Catalent, Credit Suisse and France Telecom.

Instantis also cited recent product introductions, the health of its sales pipeline, its strong competitive win-rate and record orders as factors in driving continuing sales momentum.

“We are obviously pleased with our first quarter revenue performance which benefited from the strong market reception of our recently launched EnterpriseTrack PMO Edition,” said Dr. Prasad Raje, Instantis founder and CEO. “We also posted record bookings in the first quarter which ensures that we will be in record sales territory for the first half of our fiscal year.”
