I have about 90 patients affected by cataract. Half of them are treated with laser and half with standard therapy. I wish to know if there is a correlation between type of therapy and relapse. I code as 0 pts receiving standard therapy and 1 pts with laser therapy. Then I code 0 pts who did not relapse and 1 pts who did. If I make the binary logistic regression, using type of therapy as indipendent variable and relapse as dependent, I can find a positive correlation between the 2 varibles. How can I interpret this? Thanks so much…This thread has been moved to the Healthcare discussion forum. Please click here to continue the discussion.
