Avery Dennison has appointed Michel Schuetz to the post of vice president, operations and supply chain, for its materials businesses in Europe.

Schuetz, who is a Master Black Belt, joined the company in 1994. In his previous function, he led the European operations for Avery Dennison roll materials, graphics and reflective products, and the performance polymer adhesives plant in Switzerland. In his new role, he will determine operations and supply chain strategy for these businesses. He has also had central involvement in the company’s implementation of Enterprise Lean Sigma.
