Bainbridge Island, Washington (March 16, 2010) – Heather Tollefson has joined iSixSigma, the leading provider of content for the Lean Six Sigma community, as Director of Events for its iSixSigma Live! events division.

Tollefson will lead the development of on-demand webcasts, social and networking gatherings, the annual iSixSigma Live ! Summit & Awards and Energy Forum for Process Excellence, and custom events. Tollefson will also be responsible for developing new offerings of in-person and web-based events to inform, connect and inspire Lean Six Sigma professionals.

For the last 10 years, Heather has served as President of Creative Synergy, providing strategic marketing communications and event management services to companies in the Six Sigma industry. In this role, she has driven innovative strategies that have delivered outstanding results.
