Building Your Lean Six Sigma Community with Help from

Recognizing the need for a single online source of Lean information for its group of 50+ member organizations, the leaders of the Honda Lean Network selected to build a portal that helps them practice their mission of sharing information and best practices.

The Honda Lean Network consists of Honda suppliers, who aim to provide training opportunities for fellow Lean organizations. The portal created by houses membership information, conference presentations and a schedule of upcoming events. With the help of, the members of the Honda Lean Network have created a single hub for all information, materials, schedules and contacts, which in turn supports each member’s successful Lean deployments. Duplicate systems, time spent pursuing multiple sources and other forms of muda are eliminated through the adoption of this network portal.
