Summit & Awards, Feb. 7-10, 2011, in Miami, Fla., USA.

The theme of the Miami 2011 Summit is “Refuel. Refresh. Recharge.” The conference will attract 200 of the world’s business leaders charged with successfully integrating business process improvement methodologies, turning challenges into successes, and leveraging opportunities to expand and grow their process excellence programs.
