Sessions to Focus on Six Sigma Project Selection, Leadership and Change Management
Cambridge, Massachusetts (January 7, 2009) — PowerSteering Software, the leading provider of on-demand PPM solutions for managing IT, Lean Six Sigma, PMOs and other enterprise initiatives, is proud to announce that Randy Clark, Director of Six Sigma, will conduct a Master Workshop at the upcoming iSixSigma Live! Summit & Awards, being held in Miami from January 13-16.
Mr. Clark will lead an interactive session on “Removing Politics from Project Selection,” and deliver practical insights into how Six Sigma programs can improve the value of their project portfolio by up to 30% through:
- Evaluating projects objectively using a consistent methodology
- Identifying candidates for replication
- Increasing productivity by decreasing bureaucracy
- Fostering collaboration, community and communication
